I’ve called Colville home since 2001, and after more than a decade in real estate and 15+ years in property management, I’ve learned that a home is rarely just a house. It’s where life happens — and helping people find the right place for what comes next is still my favorite part of what I do.
 

My background goes beyond traditional real estate. I also bring experience in property management, accounting and land development, along with a degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute. It gives me a practical eye for both the numbers and the possibilities — whether we’re evaluating a property, negotiating a transaction, or imagining what a space could become.
 

I especially love residential homes, remodeling, design and rural properties. Having developed my own property, I understand firsthand many of the questions that come with land and development in Northeast Washington. I’m also well-connected with local lenders, contractors and vendors when my clients need trusted resources along the way.
 

Most importantly, I want the people I work with to feel heard, supported and genuinely advocated for. My job is to protect your interests, make the process feel less overwhelming, and help put you in the best possible position for whatever comes next.
